Gosh, I don't even know how to start. The feels in this book is asdfksfmnasdmkfls!! :-( :-( :-(
Okay, so... Allegiant is written in a dual perspective (one from Tris' and another from Tobias' which you might have figured out already). In this book, they got to go outside Chicago and they got to unlock the mysteries. I'm not gonna spoil to the world its ending, but I tell you it's a bit depressing. Actually, the ending is nice, but the thought that it could have been nicer and better if she wrote it differently was frustrating. I guess Roth just wanted to touch her readers' hearts and give them realizations about being brave and standing out for something they believe in.
Allegiant gave me mixed emotions as you might have guessed in the start of this post-- not only in the ending, but in the in-betweens as well. If I were to rank the 3 books it would be: Divergent. Allegiant, then Insurgent.
I should say that it has been an amazing series. Roth did a great job.
Rating:
Recommendation: anyone can read this IF they read the first 2 books.
